RETURNS

If your print arrived damaged, please send an email to (rtriggerart@gmail.com) with photos of the damaged print and I’ll be happy to send you another one! Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or exchanges if you damage the product yourself. If you ordered the wrong product, please make sure you email me and correct it before the shipping date comes around or I won’t be able to offer an exchange. If you do not respond after 14 days from my last attempt to resolve a shipping/order issue, your order will be cancelled and not eligible for a refund.

SHIPPING

Normal sized prints are shipped in a flat mailer, unrolled. Large sized prints are rolled and inserted into a very strong tube. The amount of time it takes for your product to arrive is up to USPS. Prints are shipped from California, so depending on where you live in North America, it generally takes 3 business days. Internationally, please expect much longer: around 3 weeks.

sizing/Pricing

The sizing of the prints are fairly common, so you should be able to find frames fairly easily! They do not come with frames. All prices are in USD.
